Tiffany Stone is composed of predominantly Opalized Fluorite often mixed with many other minerals such as Quartz, Chalcedony, Dolomite, Rhodonite, Manganese oxides and Bertrandite that contains the mineral Beryllium. Tiffany Stone comes from only one place on earth, the Brush Wellman Beryllium mines area near Delta, Utah. This area is now closed to collectors.
Some say the name Tiffany Stone came about because the slab slices cut from the nodules reminded the miners of Tiffany glass lamp shades. Others say the name Tiffany Stone came about because of a miner that used to pick up the nodules for his daughter Tiffany.
Tiffany Stone is an extremely rare and complex gemstone. It is a highly energetic but subtle stone and is said to help with communication and interpretation of received information of all kinds, including telepathic, channelled, clairvoyance, and others, encouraging us to be more open and receptive.
